The Two Components of Training   Mentorship Working with Managing Director Richard Regan and our Senior Traders on a daily basis through phone calls, instant messages in the trade room, and live training n Chicago. Trade Room - CME Trading Floor 7am-3pm CST daily.  Follow Richard's trades throughout the day and get ongoing audio commentary regarding action on the trading floor, news announcements, and the actual trades taken by our trading team in real time. General Timeline   Month 1 Enrollment   Self Study - 1-2 weeks reviewing manuals, webinars, and training videos   Online Training - 1-2 weeks in the trade room working with mentors and trading on a demo account Month 2 Forward Live Trading - Ongoing mentoring and trade room access while trading the live account and increasing through the levels, done in an on-the-job training format   Traders will begin receiving paychecks based on their trading profits upon the first month of live trading.  As each advancement target is hit the trader will be moved up to the subsequent level.
